• If your family chooses to work with an external consultant, EA college counselors will be
responsible for:
• Writing the letter of recommendation
• Preparing the School Report
• Sending out all pertinent documentation (transcripts, letters of recommendation, school
profile, school
• report and early decision agreement if needed)
• Let us know what the external consultant is helping you out with so that we are able to
fill any gaps during this process.
• We will need you to provide us with an updated and final list of the universities you will
be applying to (in a timely manner) in order to send all the documentation.
